A few questions, answered
How do 0% commission and the first 3 months work?
We take no commission from your lesson fees. Using the TuneBooking platform is free for the first three months after public launch. Lesson fees are separate. The price and terms of any later provider membership will be announced in advance; no charge starts without your separate agreement. The student pays the lesson fee directly to the teacher. Agree on other service fees, payment and cancellation terms directly with the provider. TuneBooking does not collect these service payments or manage their refunds.
Does this open an account?
No. This page's interest list is separate from an app account. The existing app signup process stays the same.
Does it mean I'm an approved teacher?
No. Early interest does not mean qualification approval, a public profile, or a guaranteed student match.
What happens afterwards?
We will review your application and share launch information by email. The launch date is not yet confirmed.
Does free contact mean free lessons?
Free contact and platform use do not mean free lessons. The student pays the lesson fee directly to the teacher.

Pre-application privacy information
TuneBooking is operated by Sala Muzik LLC.
Scope
This notice covers the TuneBooking pre-application and student interest forms. It is not an account, booking or teacher qualification approval.
Information and purpose
When you submit an application, we process your name, email, lesson subject and online/in-person preference. In-person lessons require country and city. A teacher’s languages and phone are optional; the student path does not collect a phone number. The purpose is pre-application follow-up and launch information.
Separate contact choices
SMS, WhatsApp and calls are separate, optional and initially unchecked. Entering a phone number does not grant permission. Development emails have a separate choice, distinct from application and launch communication. Newsletter and advertising use requires separate, optional permission; pre-registering does not give advertising consent.
Private records and staff notification
Submitted applications are kept in a private Google Sheet; the list is not public. The reference, role, language, time and private-list link go only to the configured TuneBooking staff Gmail recipient. No automatic applicant receipt email is set up.
Retention and requests
We retain pre-registration and student interest records for no more than 12 months from the application date. We then delete the data or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you. Reading a record again or corresponding with us does not restart this period. For earlier deletion, withdrawal of contact preferences, access or correction, email info@tunebooking.com. Data from a membership created later is handled for separate purposes under a separate retention notice.
Cookies and measurement
During submission, a session cookie and a local lock without personal details support security and duplicate prevention; they are not marketing permission. Meta/Google advertising and analytics tags can run only with your separate measurement permission and a verified tag configuration. Rejecting or withdrawing permission does not affect your application. Your measurement choice is kept only in this tab’s session storage. Form fields and your receipt code are not included in measurement events. With permission, Meta may use measurement cookies. Withdrawal clears Meta cookies accessible to this site; third-party cookies can be managed in your browser settings. With permission, Meta may process page visits, cookie identifiers, IP and browser information. If the Google tag is enabled, your separate measurement permission allows advertising cookies and processing of page visits, IP and browser information for remarketing. Application fields and receipt codes are not sent to Google; enhanced conversions and automatic form data collection are not part of this setup. Withdrawing permission also clears accessible first-party Google Ads cookies. Requests already sent cannot be recalled.
Application analytics · Google Analytics
Application analytics is separate from advertising permission and starts off. With your separate permission, we use Google Analytics to measure confirmed teacher/student interest by language and defined campaign. Names, email, phone, lesson subject and application references are not added to this event. Google may process technical data such as cookie identifiers, IP and browser information; we do not describe this data as anonymous. This setup configures its analytics cookie to expire at the end of the browser session. Google’s event-data retention setting is 2 months and its user-data setting is 14 months; new user activity can restart the user period. These settings do not place the same limit on all standard aggregated reports. They are separate from the maximum 12-month retention of private application records. Withdrawing analytics permission does not change your application or separate advertising choice; we clear accessible cookies belonging to this analytics setup. Previously sent data cannot be recalled.
