A few questions, answered
How do 0% commission and the first 3 months work?
We take no commission from your lesson fees. Using TuneBooking will be completely free for the first 3 months from the platform’s launch. After this shared introductory period, teachers will pay a monthly fee to publish listings; lesson fees will remain commission-free. Students will still be able to contact teachers for free. Get to know us first; if you prefer not to continue, you can close your membership at any time. Free use of the platform does not mean free lessons.
Does this open an account?
No. This page's interest list is separate from an app account. The existing app signup process stays the same.
Will teachers receive a message now?
No. This form does not send automatic messages to teachers.
What happens afterwards?
We will add your interest to the list and share launch information by email. No automatic messages are sent to teachers. The launch date is not yet confirmed.

Scope
This notice covers the TuneBooking pre-application and student interest forms. It is not an account, booking or teacher qualification approval.
Information and purpose
When you submit an application, we process your name, email, lesson subject and online/in-person preference. In-person lessons require country and city. A teacher’s languages and phone are optional; the student path does not collect a phone number. The purpose is pre-application follow-up and launch information.
Separate contact choices
SMS, WhatsApp and calls are separate, optional and initially unchecked. Entering a phone number does not grant permission. Development emails have a separate choice, distinct from application and launch communication. Newsletter and advertising use requires separate, optional permission; pre-registering does not give advertising consent.
Private records and staff notification
Submitted applications are kept in a private Google Sheet; the list is not public. The reference, role, language, time and private-list link go only to the configured TuneBooking staff Gmail recipient. No automatic applicant receipt email is set up.
Retention and requests
We retain pre-registration and student interest records for no more than 12 months from the application date. We then delete the data or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you. Reading a record again or corresponding with us does not restart this period. For earlier deletion, withdrawal of contact preferences, access or correction, email info@tunebooking.com. Data from a membership created later is handled for separate purposes under a separate retention notice.
Cookies and measurement
During submission, a session cookie and a local lock without personal details support security and duplicate prevention; they are not marketing permission. Meta/Google advertising and analytics tags can run only with your separate measurement permission and a verified tag configuration. Rejecting or withdrawing permission does not affect your application. Your measurement choice is kept only in this tab’s session storage. Form fields and your receipt code are not included in measurement events. With permission, Meta may use measurement cookies. Withdrawal clears Meta cookies accessible to this site; third-party cookies can be managed in your browser settings. With permission, Meta may process page visits, cookie identifiers, IP and browser information. If the Google tag is enabled, your separate measurement permission allows advertising cookies and processing of page visits, IP and browser information for remarketing. Application fields and receipt codes are not sent to Google; enhanced conversions and automatic form data collection are not part of this setup. Withdrawing permission also clears accessible first-party Google Ads cookies. Requests already sent cannot be recalled.
